Gert's journey began on a farm in the serene surroundings of
La Crete, a small northern Alberta town. It was here that she first grasped the fundamental principles of hard work and unwavering determination, recognizing them as the cornerstones of her future success.

In 2006, Gert and her husband, Spike, embarked on a new chapter in Grande Prairie, leaving behind a legacy of business ownership in the Salon & Spa industry. A pivotal turn of events in 2010 led Gert to the exciting world of the mortgage industry, where she assumed the role of a Partner and Mortgage Broker at Dominion Lending HT Mortgage Group.

This bold move proved to be a wise decision, as Gert's dedication and expertise catapulted her to remarkable achievements. She swiftly ascended to the #4 spot in CMP's small markets ranking and secured the #27 position in Volume across Canada. Month after month, she maintained a coveted position within the Top 20 ranks at Dominion Lending Centre Canada. Her continued success culminated in her being honored with the prestigious CMP Alberta Broker of the Year award for 2022.

Carmen Deller

Carmen was raised in Hinton, Alberta. She moved to Grande Prairie in 2005 with her husband and three small children. She has been in finance ever since. Carmen worked for one of the big banks for 8 years until deciding to move into the Mortgage Industry. She has been with DLC since 2014! Carmen has passed her brokers exam and has become a licensed broker, as well as a licensed mortgage assistant. In Carmen’s off time she loves spending time with her adult children and grandkids, as well as traveling now that the kids are all grown.

A farm kid at heart; Kaitlyn grew up on an acreage in Grovedale, just south of Grande Prairie AB. She learned the value of impeccable customer service at an early age as she watched the family-owned tire shop evolve into a well-known local establishment, instilling in Kaitlyn that the key to success is hard-work and dedication. Working as a Customer Service Representative in a bank for 3 years made the transition to Dominion Lending Centres feel seamless. In her downtime, Kaitlyn enjoys crafting and spending time outdoors with her animals.

Tarja is excited to be back in the mortgage industry as a Licenced Mortgage Assistant and is looking forward to helping clients achieve their dream home. Tarja has a finance background of over 30 years and has a wealth of knowledge to bring to our team. Tarja is married and lives on a farm with a lot of crazy animals. Along with a few chickens, she has a young puppy to keep her on her toes. When not working, Tarja enjoys a variety of things which include hiking, camping, beekeeping, wine making, quilting and gardening.
